COL_DECISIONSEED
General objective:
To develop a cohesive, intersectoral and inclusive ecosystem for the internationalization of higher education in Colombia, based on the sustainable economy, the green transition, knowledge diplomacy and transformative education in the territories and regions.
Specific Objective 1
Modernize the governance and management systems of internationalization through a strategic, intersectoral and multi-stakeholder public policy, which articulates higher education institutions, associations, networks, territorial entities and key national actors in the different regions of Colombia.
Specific Objective 2
Promote knowledge diplomacy in the priorities of sustainable economy and green transition in the territories and regions of Colombia, through the articulation of cultural knowledge and local epistemologies with research and dissemination approaches applied at the global level.
Specific Objective 3
To strengthen territorial internationalization aimed at sustainability and transformative education in vocational and technical training institutions, as well as in higher education institutions, through inclusive professionalization processes, with emphasis on peripheral, remote, rural and intermediate regions of Colombia.
